Ara is an accomplished global business consultant, entrepreneur, and venture strategist with a proven track record of building profitable businesses and scaling ventures across international markets. Over the course of her career, Ara has worked in advising startups, multinational corporations, operational scaling, global expansion, and profitability optimization. Earlier in her career, Ara served as a founding executive of Bosch Korea’s Gasoline Division, where she built the business from zero to achieving the highest global sales performance within Bosch’s network. She grew revenue to $664 million, structured investment and R&D budget processes, and drove profitability improvements, collaborating closely with headquarters leadership and leading cross-divisional teams. Her experience leading multiple departments toward a single vision, starting from nothing, has given her an exceptional operational depth rarely found among venture capital leaders. With firsthand experience in corporate venture environments and deep operational understanding of CVC executives and business unit managers within major global corporations, Ara brings a unique perspective that bridges corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. She understands what internal stakeholders, clients, and investors expect — and equally, what startup founders need to succeed. Her ability to navigate and align these different perspectives positions her as an invaluable strategic partner to both portfolio companies and corporate collaborators.
